Knowledge Based Engineering/Knowledge Management (KBE/KM):

KBE/KM is a methodology to preserve all the knowledge gained from experience in software. Knowledge can be captured from people, process and other resources and can be fed into software which will remember and readily deliver back when it is needed. Jytra Engineering Services is offering this service using Unigraphics Knowledge Fusion (UG KF).

New Product Development:

Today's competitive market demands shrinking product life cycles and development time. Jytra has been developing new products since its inception for various global Clients. All designs will be supplied to clients along with working prototypes so that they can physically see and test the product before starting the production.

Value Engineering and Value Analysis (VA/VE):

Value is simply defined as the ratio of function and cost. The product value should be as high as possible compared to its competition to stay in market. Jytra Engineering Services can carefully study your existing product and make necessary design enhancements such as geometry changes, material changes, parts reduction, mechanism change etc. in order to increase the product value.

Prototyping & RPT:

Jytra Engineering Services has tie-ups with few manufacturing companies in India who can quickly build and deliver parts with right quality. We can build prototypes for your designs based on the drawings supplied. We can also provide Rapid Prototyping (RPT) parts based on input 3D models/STL files. We use 3D printing & Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) technologies to produce RPT parts.

Engineering Changes:

Most of the parts, sub-assemblies and assemblies in engineering companies undergo constant changes. All those engineering changes to be incorporated in 3D models, assemblies and drawings based on authorization documents like ECNs (Engineering Change Notes), ERDs (Engineering Revision Documents), EWOs (Engineering Work Orders) etc. We can analyze the above text based documents and incorporate the changes along with revision history captured.

CAD Services:

CAM Services:

We can develop the machining strategy for complex parts and prepare programs both for 3 axes and 5 axes machines. We optimize the programs in order to reduce overall machining time. Post processor development is our new service addition under CAM segment.

Heating, Ventilation & Air-Conditioning (HVAC) Drawings:

Jytra Engineering Services is specialized HVAC Shop Drawings and Coordination Drawings. We handled several projects for our global Customers on HVAC projects. We can work from design drawings, demolition drawings and new additions. We follow Client/National standards to create these drawings.

Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs):

Jytra Engineering Services can create new P&ID diagrams based on equipment and valve details along with process sequence diagram. We can also create P&IDs for existing plants in various domains like chemical plants, process plants, etc.

Tool Design:

Our designers have over 20 years of experience in tool design and manufacture. Our specialization includes Jigs & Fixtures, Press Tools, Injection Moulds, Gauges etc. We undertake the design, build and tryout activities independently.

Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T):

Jytra Engineering Services has hands on experience on derivation and application of GD&T to engineering drawings. We can follow either ASME or ISO standard of applying GD&T.
